I’m not ready for one-on-one styling. Where do I start?

With a group session! It’s a low-pressure way to learn the science of style, and you can book a free 15-minute call anytime.

Start in the Shop. The guides, course, and membership teach the same method, at your own pace and price point.
Where do you work in person?

Across the Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) and DMV (DC, MD, VA) areas. Virtual clients anywhere.

How much does it cost?

Do you earn commissions on what you recommend?

Styling support for real life.

Is styling only for celebrities?

Not at all. Real women with real schedules and real budgets are my favorite clients.
Do I need to be stylish already?

No. That’s my job.
How is NANATHEORY different from other stylists?

Anyone can call themselves a stylist. I’m a lawyer by profession and a certified Image Consultant and Stylist, formally trained through the Fashion Institute of Technology in colour theory, fit theory, texture, pattern, and fabrication. I don’t just pick pretty things. I know why something works for you, and why it might not work for someone else.
Do I have to buy new clothes?

Not at first. We start with what you already own.
Will you judge my closet?

Never. Every closet has gems.
Do you do sessions for mommy groups, friends, or teams?

Yes. See Group Sessions & Workshops. Available in person or virtual.
How does emergency styling work?

Call or text 347-559-6262 with your event details. Sessions are subject to availability, and can often happen within the hour.

What is Nana On Call?

A monthly membership that gives you access to me by video or text for styling questions, shopping help, and event prep.

Rescheduling, cancellations and policies.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Life happens. Reschedule up to 48 hours ahead at no charge.
What happens if I cancel late or don’t show?

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If you cancel your free session, please let Nana know so another woman can take your spot.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

A 50% deposit reserves your session or package, with the balance due 24 hours before your session. The free 15-minute session requires no payment.
What is the Nana On Call cancellation policy?

Memberships have a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month, billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What happens if I’m late?

Sessions end at the scheduled time, so please arrive ready.
