Terms of service

Booking & Deposits
A 50% deposit reserves your session or package, with the balance due 24 hours before your session. The free 15-minute session requires no payment.

Rescheduling
Life happens. Reschedule up to 48 hours ahead at no charge.

Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If you cancel your free session, please let me know so another woman can take your spot.

Punctuality
Sessions end at the scheduled time, so please arrive ready.

Emergency Styling
Subject to availability and confirmed by text. Paid at booking by secure payment link. If I'm unable to take your request, you won't be charged. Fees are non-refundable once the session begins.

Nana On Call
Memberships have a 3-month minimum, then continue month-to-month, billed monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Access hours are Eastern Time, and response windows are defined by your tier. Unused sessions do not roll over. Fair use applies to shopping reviews.

In-Person Styling
Travel within the Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) and DMV (DC, MD, VA) areas is included. Travel fees may apply beyond that.

Group Sessions
A 50% deposit reserves your date. Your final guest count is due 7 days before, and you're billed for the final count (or the minimum). Reschedule up to 72 hours ahead at no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Hosts attend free with the minimum guest count.

Shopping
You purchase directly from retailers, and returns follow each retailer's policy.

Your Privacy
Your closet is your private space. I never share photos of you, your home, or your wardrobe without your written permission.

Styling is personal and collaborative. You'll receive my full expertise and care, and I can't guarantee any specific outcome.
